MINISTERIAL PLACEMENT
Vision: Provide resources for Centers/Centres and ministers in transition to complete the placement process with ease and grace for the expansion of International Centers for Spiritual Living.

Mission: We intend to facilitate a smooth transition for ministers and centers/centres from the time of  the exit of a current pastor until the placement of a new pastor. The required procedure will be clearly explained, and centers/centres and ministers will feel supported and soothed through our clear, calm assistance. We will clearly communicate ICSL guidelines for the placement process, which enables centers/centres and ministers to make this change (whether public or confidential), with ease and expediency.
